Jade Realty in Palm Springs - this web site is a brochure style web site offering information about the company and a way to search the MLS within something called an IFRAME, which means the MLS search is done within their web page. I

created a large slideshow from images purchased on Fotolia.com, a stock photography web site. All of their agents have their own bio page and there is information on short sales and other finanical programs.

Ron Brewer Photography - this web site offers a unique approach to showing images. The web site, when you click on "Enter Ron Brewer Photography" at the top, displays the web site in a full screen window.

The majority of photographers and artists use pre-made image gallery flash web sites. Instead of using a complete flash web site (which is NOT readable by search engines), I found an amazing flash gallery that is inserted into HTML pages, implemented a really nifty sliding menu (due to space limitations and the desire to add many galleries into the menu) and a cool flash image player and acheived the same effect as a flash web site. If you look at any of the galleries, you'll see text on the right side. All of that text is indexable by search engines, as are the image folders. What that means for the client is that all of her web site will be found and ranked (including the images) by the search engines. And it looks good too!

I have also installed a really unique and classy looking photography blog using WordPress as its platform. This section of the web site the client has complete control over, with an administrative backend where they can add content that is also "search engine friendly".

The David Andrew Salon in Palm Springs, California - a brochure style web site with two slideshows on the homepage purchased from IstockPhoto.com.

The site has a current, modern look but the images portray a realistic clientele.

The web site has all of the hair stylists' bios and a slideshow of a photoshoot that has the option to play in full screen.

Jordan's Creative Catering Concepts - this client had a functional web site that hasn't done well in the search engines. I created a new look and feel, made all of the navigation "search engine friendly", added more appropriate page titles, created an html, google and yahoo site map, and submitted them to the search engines. Later this year we'll be working on rankings, but it's already doing better in rankings with the small changes in designa and site map submissions.

Beau Monde Villas - this company specializes in luxury villas in Palm Springs and other popular vacation destinations like Malibu, Maui, Beaver Creek and Naples.

This web site is the largest brochure-style web site I've made so far. The web site is built using static HTML pages to help optimize its search engine rankings. The web site has hundreds of pages of unique content. Every property page has a flash image gallery displaying the property's photos and some of the properties have flash video.

The web site ranks very well in all major search engines, showin up on page one of Google search results for a wide variety of related key word search terms

Capitis Real Estate - this web site uses the latest real estate web based technology to display real-time MLS Real Estate data, such as homes for sale, the search feature, and the  email alerts section. This company provides real estate in Palm Springs.

The web site interacts with a company called IHomeFinder.com, and when information is updated in the Administrative area or on the MLS, the web site immediately reflects any updates.

The front page has two flash based slide shows that display some truly beautiful homes in the Palm Springs area. This web site is part of the Capitis Group of Luxury Home Services.

The Events Department - a wedding planner in Palm Springs. This web site uses three different color schemes, one for each section of the site, has hundreds of pages and downloadable music. This is probably one of the largest brochure-style web sites I've created and the site grows every month, with new bands and musicians being added as well as new locations for events.

I just recently started working with this company to help them with search engine optimization and link building. I'll be working in a variety of different ways to help improve her Google rankings by ensuring all of her text site-wide is originally written and by building quality inbound links to her site.

Desert Paws Museum - an education center for animals and their environments. The site has a flash gallery, slide show and contact form. This is a good example of a basic brochure-style web site with approximately 15 pages.

CostaLeather.com - web site with hundreds of pages of unique content. This site is doing very well on search engines (type "ladies handbags" into Google).

Pacific Palm Construction is a simple one page web site I did in a couple of hours for a gentleman who owns his own custom remodeling company. He does fantastic work from the photos I added to his page.

This is a great way to just get your business on the internet, a simple yet nice looking web page. This is a very cost-effective way to get your business online!

Dessein Room Optimization - a basic brochure-style web site with a number of cool flash image galleries on each of the product pages.

This web site was modeled after his newspaper ads to help achieve branding.

Aldea and Aldea Vistas - an informational brochure-style web site that uses a new technology called IFrames. It allows the web designer to add another web page into an existing web page.

This web site also uses the latest real estate technology, IHomeFinder.com to display information. Using another company, Z57.com, the web site displays MLS data in real time and allows the user to make changes that appear in the web site immediately.

Auto Knight - an Automobile Club in Palm Springs. The owner had an existing web site that needed reworking so additional content could be added.

I created a template from one of his web pages, added a menu with drop downs and republished his site. Then I created graphics for the home page, and a new registration form where his customers could send their information via the web form to his email.

TheArtswareStore.com - this is an example of an affiliate site, dedicated to the arts.

Affiliate sites provide information and have ads around that information that visitors click on.

The owner of the site makes revenue by helping other companies make revenue.

Bodies By Bootsie - A fitness and nutrition site owned by a Personal Fitness Trainer in Palm Springs.

TimBruneau.com - this web site is a great example of a basic web site. He has music clips you can listen to online.

Glen Alen - a basic web site with an image gallery. Glen is a professional make up artist and is currently working on the "Days of Our Lives" daytime soap opera. I designed the logo for this site, and used a program called JAlbum to create the image gallery. I like to let his work speak for itself.

Venting Consultants - this is a great example of a basic web site.

This is for a consulting firm in Huntington Beach that does HVAC Consulting and Fire and Accident investigation, with 30 years experience in their industry.

Homesrun.net - a local Palm Springs Property Management Company that provides vacation and second home management plus a little bit more. A great example of a basic brochure style web site.

The menu is a "search engine friendly" flash technology that allows search engines to see all of the links by referencing them within the HTML code.

Epivoy.com - Pet care products and fundraising opportunities web site. a great example of a basic web site. A note: I didn't design the ecommerce that some of the pages link to, she used another company to help her with that web site.

I designed the logo for this client, which she uses in all her marketing and fundraising.

Fit By Nic -a fitness trainer in Palm Springs who also happens to be my friend and my personal trainer.
