Hosting Companies

Hosting is the term used for storing of the files that make up your web site into a folder on a web server (a very fast computer) that has a direct connection to the Internet. I create the files and organize them into folders, and then I transfer them to the computer at the hosting company. When someone types in www.websiteaddress.com, it sends the visitor to your site.

I usually recommend GoDaddy.com, as they're affordable and their customer service is very helpful. I'm happy to use any hosting company you choose or already are using.
